Alice In Wonderland Alice Looking Up /Upcycled Book This is one of several Alice books that are available in my store. This book has been created using a old damaged books, scraps of hand written words on vintage paper, and a Alice in Wonderland illustration. The books I use in my art practice are normally damaged, dirty mass produced book that have had a hard life. Instead of them ending up in landfill I give them a second life as a unique piece of art. All books are cleaned and treated where needed and with these ones have had a bit of gold guild put in places where you can see wear and tear and this gives them a Kintsugi look. Size L.16.5 CMS x W.11 CMS x D.2 CMS approx.
The books are free standing but at no extra cost I can put a wall hanging on them just please let me know your preference upon purchase.
These books are not suitable for children and are not toys they are for display only. Books are not readable and are art pieces only. Only suitable for dry and cool environments.
