  1. Information such as name, address, email and telephone no. is only retained for the purpose of a purchase of a art work and once purchase is complete is kept for a period of 5 yrs  If you wish for this to be removed before this period of time then please contact the studio.  

  2. We may contact you by using e-mail or other electronic communication methods and by pre-paid post and you expressly agree to this for the purpose subscriptions or wishes to be added to a email list for regular updates.

  3. Any and all details that are shared with Echo Mines Studio are never sold or shared with any 3rd party companies. We only keep details for the purpose of sales.  Once a sale has been completed you will not be contacted unless there is a issue or you have requested to be on our subscribed emails.
